Designed for plants approximately 80"–84" high and 140"–144" around, the generously sized cover provides an easy way to protect larger plantings as temperatures begin to drop.
Made from 0.95-oz./sq. yd. frost-protection fabric, the cover allows approximately 30%–50% light transmittance and is designed to help extend the growing season during spring and fall. The supplier recommends this fabric for approximately 3°F–8°F of added frost protection compared with uncovered plants, depending on weather and growing conditions.
A built-in drawstring at the opening makes the cover easier to position and secure around plants during harsh weather. The bag-style design eliminates the need to wrap large sheets of frost cloth around individual plants, making seasonal covering and uncovering more convenient.
